Bill,

"Supporting surface" = wing area per section 3 and stab area is
"horizontal stabilizing surface" (also section 3) So AROG has a wing
area of 30 sq inches and the stab is max 50% of wing area (also per
section 3. ) "Supporting surface(s)" (plural) means you can make a
biplane wing.
