Re: West Baden Contest - the fine print

Bill,

I think we need some more fine print so that we can comply with the previous fine print.

1.) The starting time both days is 9:00am (from a previous message). Does this mean that 9:00am is the first time we can launch a flight, having setup earlier? Or is 9:00am the first time we can enter the atrium to setup?

2.) On Saturday, do we need to remove all of our setup and things when we leave by 5:30pm? Or, can we leave things in the atrium overnight? If so, what can we leave (tables, chairs, etc.) and how neat do we need to leave things (tools out or put away, etc.)? I know, I am asking the definition of "leave?"

3.) Are spectators allowed? If so, is there an admission fee?

4.) Can we eat and drink in the Atrium? If so, can we bring our own food into the atrium?

I am sure other question will be thought of as we get closer to this weekend. BTW, thanks again for all of your work.

Leo
