West Baden Contest - the fine print

In an effort to keep someone (like me) from spending too much of their
time doing book keeping duties this is how I plan for things to be done:

There will be a score sheet for each AMA event with all the participants
names already filled in. There are a few extra sheets in case I missed
something or if someone wants to invent a new event.

There will be a scoring table with the score sheets taped down. When you
are recording a flight time please fill in the box with the flight time
and have your timer initial it. I realize this might be a bit of a
hassle for the timers but please adhere to this plan to keep us from
having any ugly repercussions afterwards. Please record your times after
each flight if at all possible.

Potential record setting flights will go thru the usual processing.
Otherwise there will be no processing done. Anyone discovered flying an
illegal model will be ostracized forever.

When you arrive please complete your line on the Event Participation
List and show your AMA card to either me or Brett Sanborn.

__THIS IS IMPORTANT:_
Whatever the hotel management requests of us we should make every effort
to comply with. PLEASE do not argue about quitting times. PLEASE be out
of the atrium by 5:30 on Saturday and 6:00 on Sunday. We are hoping to
have this flying site available again in the future - possibly for a
major contest - and we MUST NOT make any enemies this time for there to
be any chance of that happening.

If I've missed anything please let me know.
