Gluing condenser paper for dying?

Last fall I dyed some CP for an A6 model. It worked reasonably well except for staying on the frame. I used rubber cement and it came off during the bleaching/dying process.

Does anyone have some better suggestions for really anchoring it to the frame?

My model got hung up at the EAA contest and I need to at least re-cover some sections, if not rebuild some.
