Ya, that's a problem I've been annoyed by for years with the Banks/Brown style. A spar seems to have a limit for how many times it can be tweaked to different positions. Sometimes I can shim up a hinge/hub surface to gain some pitch, but that's hit and miss. I'm going to try putting a tube on just ONE side of prop to maybe solve this. May not be worth it, since it's also wear and tear on prop spar and tube to dislodge the spar if it's well glued into tube, as I have habit of doing. Come to think, I have no more working OPP VPs due to mangling the tubes on my one and only nice, tight Kevlar hinge VP (style now sworn off for good.)
