I always slipped them on the posts and used them to aid alignment. Ive been using ca to glue the tubes to the balsa but I should be using Duco or even Elmers glue. It would hold better than ca.

      Full strength Ambroid. Let dry fully. Add some 45 degree wedges if needed.
