FAC specifically bans the use of modern lightweight tissues such as
Gampi. NFFS Nocal does not have such wording (at least the last time I
saw the rules). So not all NFFS nocals will be be FAC legal. Plus
scoring is different in the NFFS version so no kanone should be awarded
and to the best of my knowledge no kanone ever has been awarded for the
USIC version of nocal event. The events are separate and if someone
wants to fly for a Kanone they should build a model per FAC rules.
