Correct. There was interest in doing both, and any model eligible for NFFS Nocal is also going to be eligible for FAC, provided that someone doesn't inform me that Gampi is allowed for NFFS Nocal. Questions of that nature should be directed to Don S., since he agreed to process models for both Nocal events.

Only at this year's USIC. I'll modify the rules packet to clarify that.

It is typical to allow late judged entries, and I will make sure that it remains possible for this year's USIC, but you should expect to get a lower score if you enter late, since the judges won't have as much time to devote to processing your model.
