My 20 minute flight was wound to only .38 in-oz.
I used to wind a lot harder - I think it was somewhat counterproductive trying to trim out a model wound to .5 to .55 in-oz. More than that and my typical 0.053" TanII strip would be dangerously close to snapping. I cannot imagine my models being able to fly with .7 in-oz. The fuse twist would be so severe that the right wing would tuck. Had that problem a lot at JC.
