That's very interesting. 20 or 22" is really low pitch. I flew my 26;50 using a 19.25" prop with 24" LP. Your low low pitch goes better with your 17.5" prop.

Can you share your motor information: length, turns in, turns remaining?

Schramm holds the Cat I world record at 31+, set in Nifmegen, the Netherlands. We'll have to work hard to get to 30 minutes.

Rather I am adjusting angles (both high and low) according to flight profile (getting to ceiling as late as possible) according to reasonable RPMs (over 61 on decent is usually wrong) and according to using as many rubber turns as I can. High pitch is usually a matter of just increasing angle to get a slow climb, ideally just under stalling the blades completely. Really, that's all I do. Had to go measure low pitch just for this post. The thing I can't do very well yet is making the VP spring kick in just enough when I want it to, and consistently.
