Assuming you mean for Cat 1, low pitch usually ends up 20 to 22". Sorry, I have never bothered to measure high pitch. Rather I am adjusting angles (both high and low) according to flight profile (getting to ceiling as late as possible) according to reasonable RPMs (over 61 on decent is usually wrong) and according to using as many rubber turns as I can. High pitch is usually a matter of just increasing angle to get a slow climb, ideally just under stalling the blades completely. Really, that's all I do. Had to go measure low pitch just for this post. The thing I can't do very well yet is making the VP spring kick in just enough when I want it to, and consistently.
