Perhaps sufficiently advanced skill is indistinguishable from luck, too.

One of our gracious hosts in Atlanta (it really was a good contest, and a great Cat 1 site) commented, "I would have said that was a very lucky flight, except I've watched several of you do it over and over again!" That was a nice compliment.
