That is easy as can be. Some thick mylar with wax on it for release, couple of layers of 2 oz glass and some laminating epoxy. Mix, brush into fiberglass, then blot off as much as possible (under vacuum with 4 sheets or more of paper towel best, apply mylar and vacuum.
I've done as much with my FoodSaver, just need to use new bags if you do. (Old bags tend to develop pinholes which leak over the course of an hour or two.)
