Very few people make 1/8" blades, and the ones that do only have 14 tpi in
my experience. You need to find someone like Mike did that has old stock.
I've also thought about using a hot wire and foam with my jig. That would
eliminate the kerf problems. I could laminate the finished foam block with
fiberglass, but I have very little experience laminating fiberglass.
