There is still an issue with the way the questions are worded. The BoM rule
for FAI events is the FAI BoM rule not the AMA BoM rule because the AMA
rule book defers to the FAI for rules regarding FAI classes. Therefore, It
is entirely possible to change the AMA rule without changing the FAI rule.
Indeed, the AMA rules are much easier and quicker to change than the FAI
rules because of the two year freeze.
