I agree with Mike, without a definition of BOM it is not clear what each individual voter really intends. In addition, not all of the options in the survey are mutually exclusive. What if a person is for AMA/FAI BOM & also for some non BOM events? They should be able to select both options.

I do feel that kits should be allowed, if offered, assuming the builder has to assemble (glue together) the parts.
This fine distinction is lost in this survey.
