Agreed!

World Champs? Entire model? Probably not, but today some are saying a purchased VP begins to reverse that tradition.
BTW, I have read accounts of competitors (in F1d) giving a friend a wing when friend had destroyed last wing. That aside, the general ethic and appreciation for BOM is on our side--that's the safe aspect. I'm merely claiming AMA rules do not properly reflect what is already common practice for indoor. Additionally, a better rule could/should solve the pre-made VP problem, at least domestically as far as that goes (which isn't very far for F1d flyers if FAI ends up permanently accepting pre-made VPs hubs.)
The only finished manufactured indoor models I know of is "Bulldog" and "Butterfly" if they are still around. (Or were they too heavy that they all have died from crashing? I don't know.) If latent interest exists for flying this or any kind of pre-made model, then someone who likes it should promote such a non-BOM class. Ideally locally first, then let it catch on, IMO.
