Yes, as well as a kit for rest of model. But nothing can come already attached or connected to any other part in kit. And if everything happens to fit together perfectly, that's a good kit! (For awhile AMA BOM was defined in terms of what one "might" find in a commercial kit, which brings a pack of problems I think we can avoid.)
