needs to be acceptable to most of us.

Then it needs to be submitted as a rule change proposal and voted on by
the Indoor Board. I think passage would be very likely.

Personally I like Mark's idea for a BOM rule. I would expand the allowed
materials to include carbon laminates and pultrusions - partly because a
number of my models would be illegal if carbon pultrusions were illegal.
I think these should be considered as "raw materials" in the same way
that boron fibers are considered "raw materials".

As for VP hubs my feeling is that most people oppose allowing bought
hubs. I'm on the fence about this. One possible problem is that bought
hubs seem to be legal or at least semi-legal in other parts of the world.
