... and playing the devil's advocate, I now ask if this means that you
have to assemble your paper tubes yourself? And what if you use carbon
tubes instead of paper, would you have to laminate them yourself? And
what about the paper in the paper tubes - that is made of paper fibers,
but possibly they do not need glue to hold together as tissue.

I am not trying to claim that you suggestion does not have merits, it is
quite close to be a reasonable suggestion, but still you get the grey
area between go and no-go...
