Some perspective: There are 477 individuals listed in the F1A-B-C World Cups
so far for 2012. This total only includes FAI stamp holders. Hundreds more
fly F1A-B-C on the national/regional/local level without purchasing an FAI
stamp.

Eliminating BOM rules doesn't necessarily mean more people. I have no
interest in FAI events if BOM is dropped or adjusted to allow hubs. I'm
pretty sure some others feel the same.
