Hi James,

Rule B.3.1.a in section 4b of the FAI Sporting code says: "Unless stated otherwise, the competitor named on the entry form must be builder of the model aircraft entered."

Events such as F1B (in rule 3.2.2) are specifically excluded: ex. "Rule B.3.1.a. of Section 4b does not apply to class F1B."
