Aki-san is correct. The Jim Jones rib slicing tool permits adjusting the
distance the rib template moves downward between slicing cuts by moving
a triangular (~30 deg triangle) indexing plate to the right. The
horizontal movement is 2-4 time the vertical movement of the template.
My ability to describe this clearly is not so great.

I wish that I had bought another one of these and another two or more
torque meters while Jim Jones was still able to make and sell them. Many
good tools came from him.
