Re binding Ron Williams Book was Ron Williams Book was INAV

This one is somewhat related. How about some suggestions for rebinding an
original copy of Ron's book? I bought John Blair's copy from the folks
selling his modeling stuff in Johnson City. I can tell he used it a bunch
and I'll think of his beautiful models every time I pick it up, but it's
coming apart.
