Interest and info needed

I'm interested in putting together some scale models for the F1K class (CO2). Can someone send me a list of requirements (along with definitions) of what is legal? Such as Wingspan, weight, motor sizes and allowable size of the tank? How are the competitions run in the US, judging, number of flights and documentation needed?
