I'll bet (something worthless) that recent batches of SS is as good (or at least as practical to seriously use) as your 8/93. Can't opine much about 2/99 except it was the breakiest stuff I ever used, back in '99. You like it for F1d? Saving my 2/99 for I'm-not-sure-what.
