Hi LeRoy.

On the PPs I've built, I've always put the tissue tubes on the motor stick. Bob Warman argued to put them on opposite sides in order to get left thrust. i.e Front on right side, back on left side.

For the ribs, if you have a balsa stripper ala Harlan or A2Z, you can lay down the sheet and use the micrometer to get pretty precise rib depths. I do use a template, normally 1/16" ply. I use Profili to lay out the arc, then print this out, glue it on and use a scroll saw and sander to get it just to the line.
