I was being facetious with the elitist indoorist comment, but that was
apparently missed. I know at the contests I usually attend, only a few
guys fly seriously and the other 6 or 8 people are just there to have a
good time. I've never heard anyone complain that I take the hobby too
seriously or that I'm ruining it for other people.

Regarding outdoor and BOM rules, how many guys at the F1B world champs were
flying models they built themselves?
