I know something about survey design. This survey is not going to tell you much of anything. You need to formulate the fundamental questions first, then try to gauge the response to those questions in some meaningful way. This is fundamentally research.
What are the question(s) you want answered, Don? And where will you get your non-biased audience to ask?
