If you want your own, ebay used to be a good. Bought a 27CF cylinder around 2001, but haven't had chance to use it yet. In many markets if you bring in a new tank for filling, they will want to exchange it for one of theirs. So either negotiate to track your own tank (they send them them to nearest big city for filling) or bring in a cheaper refurbished tank so as to forget about it being yours. Vendor for mine was California Cylinder, IIRC. My almost new regulator/filler was around $35.

Or rent?
