I'm trying to take a much more systematic approach to my rubber winding. One the areas I really want to look closely at is mt winding speed. I guess what I am aiming for is a more of a process approach to Chilton's relaxation method where the stretch movements, windings, stoppages, etc for a given motor should be. This info could then be collated into a specific 'program' for a particular motor. I use the word program although I'm not yet talking about a CNC winder...
Has anyone analyzed their winding technique in this way and be willing to share any thoughts(read data) on what they have found to be the optimum winding RPM?
