I think it is a simple as the decision of whomever the CD running the
next USIC. All they would do is change the event to be NoCal per current
FAC rules or whatever they want it to be. The round the pole speed,
straight line speed, and race to the roof events were added to the
unofficial events as my dad thought they would be fun so he wrote the
rules and added it when he ran USIC.
