Hi Rick,
The AMA Indoor events are:
201 - HL Stick
202 - Intermediate Stick
203 - F1D Rubber
206 - Easy B
207 - Pennyplane
208 - Limited Pennyplane
209 - Helicopter
210 - Ornithopter
212 - HL Glider
215 - Bostonian
217 - F1L
218 - Standard Class Catapult Glider
219 - Unltd Class Catapult Glider
221 - Indoor FF Electric Duration
222 - A6
223 - F1M
The NFFS Indoor events include:
35 CM
Round-the-pole
Straight-line-speed
Race-to-the-roof
P-24
Modern Civil Production
Unlimited Rubber Speed
Dime Scale
Indoor Towline Glider
NoCal
Coconut Scale
The FAC Indoor events include:
FAC Scale
FAC Peanut
The "accessible" classes arguably include: LPP, F1L, F1M, A6, Std. Cat glider, P-24, and NoCal.
As you can see, there are lots of "accessible", as well as "intermediate" and "advanced", classes. You'd have a tough time convincing me that what's missing is yet another category. However, if you think this is the case, then just start one up. If there is a need, then it should catch on.
