I'm not sure if you were tonque-in-cheek, but I have been toying with
the same idea. After all, the problem of steering high with a balloon is
the lag of the line, maybe with small balloon you could simulate it
under lower ceiling? It is too hard to be able to practice only once a
year (or two years) in Belgrade....
