That assumes the only reason attendance is low is due to the location.
In the USICs of the late 80s and early 90's when 100+ contestants came,
people came from California all the time and some from the UK. What we
dont need is the old rotating Nats thing where poor sites were chosen.
Better to have a good site farther away then a poor site nearby.
