Using Boron on outlines.

Dear F1D flyers,
At what moment should I put the Boron fibers to the outlines?
I supose that I have to glue them when the stab-outline is on the jig and the ribs are added? Or do I have to glue them to the spars before I bent them around the jig? If so how about the tension it puts on the outline and ribs? Will it not deform the ribs?
