Definition of an official flight

On Indoor classes of FAI Sporting Cord, I cannot find rules about difinition
of an official flight.
For example :
1, When a part of the model becomes detached during the flight
1-2, And, in case still the model weighes more than minimum weight without
fallen part
2, When rubber becomes detached during the flight
In these cases, the flight becomes Official ? Second attempt will be allowed
? When timing stopped ?
