Hi Jos,

Boron will bend around a rudder outline just fine.

For a prop blade tip, I heat the boron and then form it. I think I used a light bulb. This allows it to take a tighter radius bend without breaking.

I made a few old-rules F1D parts from boron, but didn't like them very much.
