UIUC Armory (98') in Urbana, IL can be rented out for single days.
Depends a lot upon availability. Summer is bad due to sports activities. October is apparently apparently the most available timeframe especially for weekends. Cost is $500/day.

If anyone wants to host a session there, I do have a contact and can set it up. Two day events like in the past are no longer an option though.
