Hi Ignacio,
I believe that one of your team members can act as manager. I think that's what the Swiss did last time.
You'll want someone to attend the team manager meeting so you can get information, like the schedule, and give your input on any decisions that need to be made.
Other than that, as long as your team members can get along, work out things like who flies when, and assist each other with getting out to the launch area, you should be fine.
