HI, Mike: When I was mentoring SO at school, we started with
Dennydarts, then went to like a double sized MKII which did pretty well.
Wonder, have you looked at the MKIV or MK-V ? With light wood and maybe
film they should build to less than 5 gm depending on the prop. Also,
the "dubbed off" wing MKIII looks to be a good flyer.
There are still some SO kit plans on the net, also some kits but to me
they are pretty high price for what you get.
