At the one world champs I attended, models were weighed without o-rings.
 I'm fairly certain adding o-rings to the model to make minimum weight
would not have been allowed since the o-rings are "permanently" attached to
the motor and not the model. By that I mean either the o-rings or the
motor would need to be destroyed to remove them. I've never heard of
anyone counting o-rings in the weight of the model and I think that would
be against the intent of the rules.
