Aluminum rubber hooks and rubber o-rings count as model weight during weigh
in at outdoor meets. Also included as model weight that are not permanently
attached to our models: rear rubber anchors, noseblocks, rubberband
holddwons for flying surfaces, radio trackers.r

That makes sense to me, but can the Crocket hook be included in the MINIMUM
model weight for classifications that have a minimum model weight?

I do not include a Crocket hook as part of the maximum rubber allowed
weight, especially during weigh-in.
