Hi,
Is the banner cable fixed requiring a sky bucket to remove the banners- hence the $1,300. fee?
If the system was designed to be lowered with a halyard and winch, it seems the whole affair
(cable included) could be lowered and stowed out of the way in less than an hour.
I wonder if ETSU would be open to making the process of dropping the banners easier(cheaper) which
would ultimately benefit them in the long run as well as clearing the airways for USIC events?
