Johnson City is an incredible site. I don't think it's "marginal", and I don't agree that "Kibbie is much better."

Let's pay the $1300 extra out of the pockets of the attendees. $25 or $50 per person extra is not too much to ask.

And perhaps ETSU will move the banners to the center girder, as John suggests. Then the banners will be of less nuisance.
