Oops, didn't mean to say that USIC is an example of hyperbole. However, suppose the USIC attendance dwindled to say, 10 entries. Someone could still rightly call it a "major contest" due to its history, if nothing else. And at that sad point, other contests might be be happy to advertise 4 entries. That's all I meant by "it's all relative" and "hyberbole has its place."
