There is a domed football stadium at a high school near Springerville, Arizona. The school is in Eagar which is next to Springerville. The dome is a wooden geodesic structure and looks, from the pictures to be about 100' high. The dome is easily seen in Google maps when either Springerville or Eagar is searched.

If this is the site and the 15m circle height is under 30m, it may be a Cat III site. At 104', it would be just over.

Also should imply "Reasonably well attended by those concerned with such." Of course, it's all relative, and hyperbole has its place. For example, USIC is a "major" indoor contest. This not to suggest that non-major contests ought not be supported and advertised, and enjoyed. By all mean, please announce here, just tell the truth, please.
