I just looked over the Indoor Nats results for 1962 in a very old INAV. Results are shown for Jr/Sr/Open for the following events:

- HLG
- Paper Stick
- Indoor Stick
- Cabin

Is it correct that at that time, these are the only official events at the Indoor Nats? Not like the 50 different events we fly at USIC?

B Stick, C Stick and B Cabin then were dropped somewhere in the 60's (I'm missing rule books from '62 to '68). In '69, EZB was a supplemental (non-record) event and stayed that way until 1980, when it became an official event. Pennyplane and Novice became official events in 1976, with no supplemental status.

The rules made it a Class B model - 100 sqin wing area max (it was called "supporting surface). Projected area of stab in excess of wing area is combined with the wing.
