Just to clarify - when the cross proposal was voted on it was accepted by a
majority of the indoor board and replaced the original proposal. In the
final vote there was only the option of voting for the cross proposal or
voting to not have A6 become an AMA event.

So I voted AGAINST it before I voted FOR it.

Sad indeed. This is not the way to encourage beginners to compete. If this
happens, AMA has simply ruined A6.

There is already a class for people who like gadgets and biplanes. It's
called Pennyplane. But, that event was supposed to be "simple" too! Why does
this keep happening?
