26.3. The total maxim projected wing area shall be 30 square inches.
There is no restriction on the stabilizer area.

This specific rule over rides the general rule the way I understand it.

The irony of this situation is that as far as I know I have the only A6
in the world with a stab larger than 50%. I guess I should be thankful
to the KC guys for protecting my model but it wasn't my idea.
